Executive Motel

We had a great stay here! The location is excellent—right across the street from the beach and just a short walk to the pier and local attractions. It was so convenient to leave the car parked and explore on foot. Joe, the owner, is very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We stayed in Room 7, which had a king-sized bed and was one of the "corner" rooms. While the bed felt a bit stiff at first, I got used to it by the second night. The room itself is a little dated, and the bathroom didn’t have a fan, but for our needs—just a place to sleep and shower—it worked out just fine. One thing to note is that the nearby train does shake the building a bit when it passes, but honestly, it didn’t bother us. The pool was a nice bonus! A bit colder than the ocean, surprisingly, but still refreshing and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found everything manageable. We’re already planning to come back for our next trip to Old Orchard Beach!

Stopped here last minute- price was fair for the area. The room was spacious and very clean - cleaner than other chain hotels we stayed in. There was a mini fridge with a nice size freezer compartment, a small coffee maker and a clean microwave in the room. The TV had cable channels and was a nice size. One thing, the train runs behind the hotel but it was not enough noise to bother us - motorcycles of other guests in the parking lot were louder. The towels were extremely clean, soft and bright. It has amazing water pressure. I loved that there was actually three chairs in the room too. There was plenty of storage - nice space. There was fresh coffee in the office every money and a quick walk down the street for a donut or breakfast sandwich. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. Lastly, Lupe, in the office, was extremely friendly when I stopped in to ask questions - safe travels home.

Price is right. Owners are wonderful. Everyone’s always so nice and pleasant when checking in or out. Rooms are clean, pool is decent and the location is perfect! We’ve chosen to stay here the past 3/4 years for our family’s summer vacation.

The management team and owners are amazing!!! Customer service is amazing. I went in June for 4 days, and after we tested positive for covid after 1 day, we had to leave. We cleaned the room, left the doors and windows open for the staff and they were so appreciative. The owners gave us credit for 2 nights to come back at a later date. This was amazing.. You feel like you are talking to your family and not a hotel management company. fantastic location ! I went with 2, 12 year olds, and it was close enough for them to enjoy the arcade and amusement park and walk back to the room on their own, until we had to leave the next morning. We had no idea we might have had covid, until we were told we were exposed. We tested before we left, but tested positive the next day with minimal symptoms. Will continue to book at the Executive for years to come!

Really had a nice stay here, the pool was nice and really well maintained, friendly staff all around.

The owners were fabulous, friendly, helpful. Pool is phenomenal! Very happy with our weekend get-away. Minutes from OOB pier, Palace Playland. We liked this place alot and would come back.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice fridge had a separate freezer section, which was a nice feature. Joe was very accommodating and could be contacted easily for any needs that came up.

Room was clean and well cared for. The bathroom was nice and shower pressure was better than expected. Close to the Pier! We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Very nice stay. They squeezed us in last minute. I only wish check out was at 11 instead of 10. After packing up I has to pay $20 down the street to park so we could have breakfast before we left.
